To the Church in Laodicea

¹⁴ “And to the angel of the church in ^(A)Laodicea write:

^(B)This is what the Amen, ^(C)the faithful and true Witness, ^(D)the ^[a]Beginning of the creation of God, says:

¹⁵ ‘^(E)I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. ^(F)I wish that you were cold or hot. ¹⁶ So because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will ^[b]spit you out of My mouth.
